The Global Talent Acquisition Manager, reports into the Chief Human Resource Officer, supporting the HR Director Business Partners and local HR Managers and Recruiter, designing and being responsible for setting up and sharing a new talent acquisition global strategy, including global coordination of platform and tools, leading the efforts to build and scale the talent function.
The role will assume the lead for the start up of the Talent Acquisition CoE to support project activity whilst transitioning to a new HR operating model across the organization.
This newly created position will be crucial to the continued success and rapidly growth of the organization.
Design, develop and deploy strategies relating to the Talent Acquisition CoE;
Design, develop & implement talent acquisition global solutions, that will support the business and organization evolution;
Partner closely with business leaders and HR team (HRBPs an HR Managers; Talent Development&Learning) to ensure programs are meeting the organization’s needs.
